LNLA Annual Meeting
Monday, August 14th at 7:00 PM
Delafield Brewhaus
3832 Hillside Drive
Delafield (east of Home Depot). Our guest speaker will be Officer Ken Peters, lead boat patrol officer from the Summit Police Department. He will give a short presentation and answer questions related to their patrol and boating regulations on the lake. There will also be a vote to amend the LNLA bylaws to allow the Annual Meeting to be held in the spring. A spring meeting would better inform members about upcoming projects and social events before the boating season is in full swing. Also the amendment will remove the requirement for an educational presentation in order to fee up time for other activities if needed. Click to view the proposed amendment. In addition, updates will be provided on key activities of the LNLA, including efforts to control Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS) like Starry Stonewort, our Clean Boats Clean Waters initiative, and our water quality monitoring efforts. Free appetizers and a cash bar will be available. You won’t want to miss it! Members will elect four Directors and approve the budget for 2024.
